Cortes do Tua is a white reserve with a fine aroma of apricot, vine peach and green apple. Mineral palate with white-fleshed fruit, in balance between granite acidity and an elegant structure. The wood is well integrated, allowing the freshness and fruit to stand out.
Winemaking and Aging
Vinified in stainless steel vats for 30 days at controlled temperatures between 10º and 12º C. Aging: 2nd year French oak barrels for 7 months.
