Description
In the mouth it is dry, very fresh with burnt tone, hazelnut notes, dry fruits and alperce.
Vinification:
Aged in American oak barrels by the traditional method 'flower bed' for 5 years. Includes a soft heating of the wine in the Funchal Cellars attic. Over the years, wine is transferred from the intermediate floors of the upper floors and eventually to the ground floor, where it is cooler. After this gradual aging, the wine is clarified and filtered before being bottled.
