Crasto Altitude 430 Red Wine

 Granada color. The nose shows expressive notes of red fruits in perfect harmony with light woody aromas and fine spices. The taste begins in a surrounding way, evolving into a wine of excellent volume and thin texture. It is a charming wine, with a fresh and elegant ending. A wine that reflects all the freshness and elegance that the castes Francisca and Touriga Nacional can present when planted at 430 meters in altitude with exposure to the north.

Vinification:
The grapes harvested are transported in 22 kg plastic boxes and strictly tredled to the cellar. They are then deceived and slightly crushed, being transferred to controlled stainless steel vats where fermentation takes place for 4 days with pelicular contact and very smooth extraction. The grapes are then pressed and transferred to barrels where fermentation ends. 12 -month internship in old French oak barrels.
