It was a long process of selecting old batches that involved producers from the region and their enormous capacity to revisit and improve old batches. From these batches, cachaças of various ages were selected, with the main batch being over 40 years old. This final blend results from the distillation of several spirits from the region's grape varieties, all aged over time in French oak and carefully selected. A batch reinvented repeatedly, with continuous chapters from the team, emerging in tasting experiences to achieve perfection. Each batch will be different, to achieve a unique and unparalleled product, always respecting the aromatic versatility of this terroir.
