Vinification
A Field Blend from Jaen and Castelão, vindicated in the third week of September. The girl paint was later harvested in the second week of October. Elevage was performed with 40% in a barrel used of French oak and 60% in cement deposit, giving balance between structure and freshness. No allergenic or animal product is
used in the winemaking process.
Proof note
Elegant aroma of wild fruits, combined with perfectly integrated French oak grades. Soft, with an endless ending.
