Dalva Sparkling White Brut from the Douro Region

Vinification: The grapes come from vineyards of the Plateau de Alijó and Murça and are carefully selected in the vineyard and arrival of the winery, according to their quality, to ensure good acidity and alcoholic moderation. In the cellar, grapes are refrigerated, degreased and pressed in an inert environment. They are subjected to cold decantation and fermentation at 16ºC. The second fermentation occurred in Cuba also at 16%.

TEST NOTES: Of colorful citrine, this wine reveals a mineral aroma with notes of citrus fruits and passion fruit. Thin and moderately persistent bubble. On the palate, fruit very well balanced by the freshness of wine. Refreshing and round, has a light and fresh finish.
