Description
This is the name given to fortified blended wines, made from red grapes that age in wooden barrels, exposing them to the “sharing of angels”, a gradual process of evaporation and oxidation. Tawny has an aging period of between three and five years.
Test results:
A beautiful light reddish color. Aromas of fresh and dried fruit with hints of vanilla. Very balanced on the palate with a pleasant aftertaste of cherries.
