Description

After manual harvesting, the grapes were carefully inspected and destemmed. An intense maceration was carried out in the first 48 hours to extract all the good components of the films, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Garnet ruby color with bluish reflections. On the aromatic level, the exuberant and very ripe fruit stands out, enlivened by spicy notes such as black pepper, in an intense and elegant experience. In the mouth, on the other hand, it appears voluminous, full-bodied, but still fresh and nervous. With firm and velvety tannins, it materializes in a long and already very pleasant aftertaste.
