Description
Light yellow in color, with aromas of citrus and a slight floral note. Fresh and impactful with a vibrant taste.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested, grapes go directly to the press. Cold settling of the must followed by alcoholic fermentation at medium temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees without battonage for 6 months.
