Description
A mullet pink color, with a vibrant aromatic profile featuring notes of red fruit and subtle floral hints. Fun to drink, with a sharp spirit.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested, grapes go directly to the press. Cold settling of the must followed by alcoholic fermentation at medium temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees without battonage for 6 months.
