Description
Citrine color with golden hues. Fruity aroma, tropical notes with a light citrus finish. On the palate, fruity notes, balanced acidity. Fresh and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed, then subjected to total destemming and gentle pressing. The free-run juice is separated by static defecation. After defecation, selected yeasts are inoculated into the must, with alcoholic fermentation for 15 days at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC.
