Description
Pink in color. Very fresh and elegant aroma with a predominance of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry). On the palate, fruity notes, medium body and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Grapes are harvested by hand, followed by very light pressing. The "tears" (free-run juice) must be separated by static defecation. After defecation, selected yeasts are inoculated into the must, with alcoholic fermentation for 15 days at a temperature of 15º to 17ºC.
