Description
Ruby color. Complex aroma with excellent evolution in the bottle, elegant, well-integrated wood, balsamic aromas and very ripe red and black fruits. Concentrated and with excellent freshness on the palate, balanced texture and tannins with a fruity and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-harvested in 15kg boxes, with the grapes fully destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place over 10 days at a temperature of 25-27ºC in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 5,000 kg, with manual treading and pumping over three times a day. Approximately 80% of the wine aged in stainless steel tanks, with the remainder in second-use French and American oak barrels.
