This wine is very expressive in its vanilla aromas, with a clear and elegant freshness. The balanced acidity of this wine gives it a unique freshness and balance.
Winemaking:
The grape varieties were vinified separately. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes cold static settling and aging for 7 days; fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
