VINIFICATION: Pre-fermentation maceration for 12 hours with cooling, gentle pressing, natural decanting followed immediately by slow fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE: By creating this idyllic wine, with grapes from our native Encruzado variety, we intend to honor this Great Lady, for her beautiful attitudes and actions. We invite you to be part of this tribute, sharing this superb nectar, with a citric and minty taste from the highlands, so granitic of Serra da Estrela.
