Description
Tropical fruits with citrus notes. Rich fruit flavor with a good balance of acidity, elegant with a refined and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The colheita is done by hand in batches of 15kg in the early morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature.
