Year : Batch of various brandies with an average age of 25 years
This Bagaceira Spirit was obtained exclusively from the pomace of grapes of the variety
Alvarinho. Combining art, knowledge and patience, it aged in oak casks of various
origins, for 35/40 years that gave it a topaz color and a richer, more intense and complex aroma. Thus, an Old Bagaceira Spirit was obtained, with the character, richness and complexity of the Alvarinho variety from which it originated.
From this batch, 578 bottles were bottled, all of them numbered.
