Lemon color. The wood is evident, well conjugated without overlapping the identity of the crossroads. Very present acidity, with some floral notes and honey.
Vinification:
Fermentation in French oak barrels at controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC and duration of 24 days. 6 months internship in 500L French oak barrels and 12 months in bottle.
