Description

Pale lemon color. Complex nose, with floral, orange and honey notes. Dry, fresh with well -defined, greasy, long and persistent acidity.

Vinification:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Controlled temperature between 14º-16ºC for 29 days. 6 -month internship in stainless steel and 12 months in bottle.
