Deep ruby color. Closed nose with balsamic and pine notes. Lively tannins with a very present acidity. Long and persistent aftertaste.
Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Temperature controlled between 22º-24ºC for 17 days. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel tanks, 8 months in 500L French oak barrels (30% of the batch) and 6 months in bottle.
