Test results:
A wine that comes from Arinto vines that are around 30 years old and from centenary vineyards from Bical and Cercial that dot the old vineyards of Bairrada. It is a pure and simple approximation to the clayey-limestone soils of the region and the Atlantic climate, which allows a unique expression of minerality and salinity in the wine.
