Vinification:
The grapes used in the production of Dow's Fine Ruby were a mix of traditional Portuguese castes from the Douro Valley. Dow's Fine Ruby has aged in oak barrels in our cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia for about 3 years, being bottled when ready to drink.
TEST NOTES:
Deep and alive ruby color. The wine is full -bodied and has very appealing aromas of red fruits. In the mouth it is fresh and young with raspberry and cherry flavors, combined with a long and intense ending.
