Vinification:
Dow's Fine Tawny is a three -year -old blend in small oak kite in our Vila Nova de Gaia cellars. Barrel aging produces a smoother and lightweight style of wine than Dow's Ruby, which is aged mainly in large casks and oak casks.
TEST NOTES:
Dow's Tawny combines subtle fruits with delicious velvety flavors of nut -derived walnuts in barrels. It is ready to drink and enjoy when bottled and requires no more aging.
