Description
The name "Drambuie" comes from the Scottish Gaelic phrase an dram buidheach, meaning "the drink that satisfies". Drambuie is a malt whisky liqueur with a base of honey, herbs, and a secret blend of spices. Its flavour suggests saffron, honey, aniseed, nutmeg and herbs. It is produced in Scotland and can be served neat, on ice, or used as an ingredient in a mixed drink, such as a cocktail.
