With the Drouhin Vaudon Vaillons Premier Cru Chablis, it reveals a magnificent, dense, and magnificent golden-yellow color. If a little air is given while swirling, this white wine reveals great density and fullness, resulting in clearly visible church windows on the rim of the glass. This white wine from France presents wonderfully expressive aromas of black cherry, nectarine, plum, and peach, rounded off by the forest floor and sun-warmed rock.
Drouhin Vaudon is exactly what every wine connoisseur who enjoys dry wine needs. But it's never austere or brittle; it's round and supple. On the palate, this powerful white wine is characterized by an incredibly light and velvety texture. The finish of this matured white wine from the Burgundy wine region finally captivates with a beautiful persistence. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets from soils dominated by marl and limestone.
Winemaking: The foundation of the powerful Vaillons Premier Cru Chablis from Burgundy is Chardonnay grapes. In Burgundy, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow in calcareous and marl soils. After manual harvesting, the grapes arrive at the lagar (wine press) via the quickest route. There they are selected and delicately crushed. Then comes fermentation at a controlled temperature. Vinification is followed by aging.
