Descrição

Le Mâcon-Bussières Les Clos from the Burgundy wine region, elevated on stilts, reveal themselves in the glass as a luminous golden yellow. This single-variety French wine reveals in the glass delightfully expressive notes of grape, prune, griotte, and nectarine. Notes of warm rock and forest sun are added. This white wine from Joseph Drouhin is exactly what is made for wine lovers who wish to drink their vin sec. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is very light and quick. On the finish, this white wine from the Burgundy wine region excites with its long beauty. Notes of prune and mirabelle are found there. At the end of the palate, the mineral notes of the sun dominate the sea, and limestone is added.

Winemaking of Mâcon-Bussières Les Clos by Joseph Drouhin: Le Mâcon-Bussières Les Clos équilibré de France is a single-vineyard wine, vinified from Chardonnay grapes. The vines thrive in the ideal conditions of Burgundy. The vines are deeply rooted in limestone and marl soils. After manual harvesting, the raisins arrived at the cellar via the fastest route. They were selected and delicately macerated. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and large oak vats with controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by a maturation of a few months on the lees before the wine is finished by bottling.
