Description
Clean and bright color, pale yellow. Delicate nose, with notes of tangerine and orange flower. Background of ripe fruits, peach and apricot. In the mouth, it is a distinct harmony (full entrance and good freshness), consistency (in the mouth, structure, concentration and density) and elegance (wood notes, floral notes and citrus). Long and intense mouth end.
Vinification:
Driven by curiosity and interest in exploring traditional values with the most modern techniques such as tools, we selected our grass farms and good air, three white castes of the Douro: Rabigato, Folgazão and Gouveio. The carefully vindicate white grapes are crushed and their fermented must in French oak barrels of varying capacity and age, where wine interns, after its transformation, for 7 months over thin smooths.
