Clear and bright color, pale yellow. Delicate nose, with notes of tangerine and orange blossom. Background of ripe fruits, peach and apricot. On the palate, it is a distinct harmony (full entry and good freshness), for its consistency (in the mouth, structure, concentration and density) and elegance (notes of wood, floral notes and citrus). Long and intense finish.
Winemaking:
Driven by curiosity and an interest in exploring traditional values with the most modern techniques as tools, we selected four white grape varieties from the Douro region at our Ervamoira and Bons Ares estates: Rabigato, Viosinho, Folgazão, and Arinto. The carefully harvested white grapes are crushed, and their must is fermented in French oak barrels of varying capacity and age, where the wine ages for 7 months on its fine lees after this process.
