Description
Living and strong color, dark red with red reflexes. Intense nose, ripe fruit perfumes, plum, cherry and cute with balsamic notes. In the mouth it is soft from the beginning, large with aged tannins and long end and complex in the same aromatic record.
Vinification:
These grapes of our grass farms and good air were manually vindicated from carefully selected vineyards. The winemaking took place in granite mills or stainless stainlessies, depending on the installments. After sorting and pressing in a vertical press, the wine was subjected to malolactic fermentation. For 18 months, 20% of the wine was aged in wooden barrels, with the other 80% aged in modern barrels of variable capacity.
