Description

Clean and bright, it has an intense dark grenade color with red reflexes. Fresh and penetrating aroma where they dominate the floral and plow tail aromas, later replaced by aromas of ripe fruits, plums and figs with mild nuances of black chocolate. In the mouth the wine is dense and fresh, with silky tannins that leave a good end of the mouth, with notes of red fruits like cherries.

Vinification:
The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes of 150 pounds, crushed and deceived, and then fermented in stainless steel vats where the temperature never exceeded 25 degrees. The grapes have made the time required to obtain a desired wine and structure. Following Malolactic fermentation in Cubas, 25% of the wine interned in French oak barrels for 12 months and the rest interned in stainless steel vats. The wine was bottled 18 months later.
