Description
The aroma is full of nuances of red fruit, spices, and even some hints of violets. On the palate, it reveals a remarkable balance, where the tannins demonstrate a certain firmness, but at the same time, integrate harmoniously with the influence of the wood and the fruity presence.
Winemaking:
Fermentation in a traditional lagar (traditional stone trough) without stems. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
