Description
The aroma is vibrant, revealing a remarkable harmony between red and black fruits, with nuances from barrel aging such as toast, cocoa, and a subtle touch of spice. On the palate, the experience is one of perfect balance, where elegant tannins harmonize perfectly with notes of wild berries and the influence of the barrel. All of this is enveloped by a freshness provided by the acidity, which gives the wine a pleasant body.
Winemaking:
Fermentation in a traditional lagar (traditional stone trough) without stems. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
