Description
On the palate, the wine offers a rich, acidic texture and character typical of old vines. Delicious and persistent.
Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts and controlled temperature at 26ºC. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
