Description

Medium-intensity ruby ​​color, with slightly vegetal and balsamic aromas. On the palate, it is an elegant wine with firm tannins and a long finish.

Winemaking:
Fermentation in a small vat without temperature control, with 4 manual foot treads daily. Aged in fifth-use French oak barrels for 15 months.
