Light citrine color, with intense minerality and fine fruity notes, slightly vanilla-like. On the palate it is persistent, fresh, elegant and presents an excellent structure between minerals and fruit.

Winemaking:
Traditional procedure with temperature control by wand. 40% of the wine underwent aging in French oak barrels.
