Bright citrine yellow color, youthful and intense aroma of tropical fruits with slightly vegetal notes typical of the grape variety, reminiscent of asparagus and freshly cut grass. On the palate it is fresh, flavorful and intense.
Winemaking:
Colheita in August, gently pressed. The must was left to settle for 2 days, fermented at low temperatures. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for 7 months.
