Light, crystalline salmon color. Slight vegetal and wild berry notes. Refreshing on the palate with very balanced acidity. Dry finish.

Winemaking:
Complete destemming, light pressing and cold settling. Fermentation with controlled temperature 15-16ºC. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.
