Vine: 35 years, producing on average 4,000 kg/ha.
Vinification: Manual vindue in 18kg boxes, followed by a soft pressing after a short maceration. Fermentation in French oak barrels.
Internship: 12 months on the dreaks, in French oak barrels with “Batonnnê”.
Gastronomy: Serve between 12 and 14 ° C. Fish, seafood and meat of poultry and white meat. Smoked fish, cod dishes and foie-gras, as well as strong and creamy cheeses.
Proof note: Elegant aroma dominated by lump fruit, with notes of peach and alperce combined with light smoked notes with minerality. In the mouth is wide, bulky and textured, with creaminess in balance with the surrounding acidity.
