Description
Citrine in color, with tropical and floral notes. On the palate it has a medium structure, revealing itself to be fresh and elegant.
Winemaking:
Selection of white grapes from various traditional varieties of the Favaios plateau. Hand-harvested in the first weeks of September. Pursued and pressed entirely in a low-pressure pneumatic press. Fermentation at low temperature (16ºC) entirely in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel with lees stirring for 4 months.
