Description
Ruby color with notes of red fruit. On the palate, it presents a medium and balanced body that gives it a refreshing sensation.
Winemaking:
The entire process begins with the selection of the grapes to be vinified, followed by receiving the grapes, destemming, crushing, and bottling in fermentation tanks. Alcoholic fermentation begins with the application of selected yeasts and lasts 5 to 6 days at approximately 26°C. Malolactic fermentation is followed by a first clean pass. Finally, the wine is clarified, filtered, and bottled.
