Description

Winemaking:
Pre-fermentation maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A portion of the batch was aged for a short period in third-year grain oak barrels.

Tasting notes:
Clear, deep violet-red in color. On the nose, ripe red fruit and cherry compote stand out in harmony with spice notes from the grape varieties used. It is structured and elegant. On the palate, intense notes of red fruit and chocolate are prominent, with a long finish and quality tannins.
