Description
With a contemporary style and elegant and intense profile, these wines show the character of selected and well -defined ones of the Herdade do Esporão.
Agriculture: Integrated Production (Certificate). A moist winter, followed by a mild summer, with large thermal amplitudes, enabled good maturation performance, allowing you to have more balanced and intense wines.
Vinification / Internship: Defacking, thermal shock, pressing, must -state, inoculation with selected yeasts, fermentation with temperatures controlled in stainless steel vats, centrifugation, stabilization, filtration.
Color: Clean, crystalline appearance.
Aroma: citrus and intense aroma, with suggestions of Lima and Alperces.
Palate: It has a rich and elegant, fruity, fresh and balanced flavor.
