Ataíde Semedo produces the Ataíde Semedo Cuvée Reserva Brut Espumante 2021, a sparkling wine from Bairrada made with the best Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cerceal, and Bical grapes of 2021.
Straw yellow color with a slight greenish hue. Closed aroma with notes of yeast and resin. Elegant, very fine bubbles, some creaminess, delicate citrus, some brioche and a slight mineral touch. Ample, good persistence, with a harmonious finish and some intensity.
