Description
Codorníu Raventós Cuvée Brut Cava Sparkling Wine is produced from Chardonnay, Macabeo, and Xarello grapes. Aged for 12 months in the bottle before release, it presents a pale straw-yellow color with bright golden hues, highlighting the fine and persistent bubbles. The aroma surprises with elegant and distinct notes of apple, nuts, and honey, and on the palate reveals a creamy texture, enveloped in a fresh and balanced profile.
Codorníu is the story of a family of winegrowers dating back to the 16th century, being the oldest winery in Spain. In 1551, the family already owned wine presses and barrels for wine production in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, where Codorníu remains today.
