Winemaking: Previously selected grapes are harvested in 20 kg boxes, vinified in stainless steel vats and fermentation controlled. Classic or traditional method.

Notas de prova: Cor citrina. Fresh and fruity aroma, very fine and persistent bubble. Flavor with tropical notes, balanced, fruity and exquisite.
