Light salmon color. Fresh fruity aroma with strawberry and redcurrant prominent. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and abundant. Fresh and delicate flavors in a creamy and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing with alcoholic fermentation at 18°C. Second fermentation in the bottle according to the traditional method. Disgorgement after 12 months. Aging for 36 months in the bottle.
