Vinification:
Fermented in small open vats without destemming. This sparkling wine was aged for 3 years, which allowed it to gather the conditions for good harmony without resorting to the addition of sugars, so it is a natural Brut.
Test results:
Very balanced aroma, austere and serious, with subtle notes of raspberry and grapefruit. Very firm in the mouth, full-bodied, lively and tasty, giving full proof of freshness.
