Explicit meant, in medieval Latin, something that had just been revealed. The Jorge Rosa Santos e Filhos Lda Agricultural Society is the family business that manages the agricultural holding in Monte do Mata Mouros, in the parish of Glória in Estremoz.

Flavor and Aroma: Elegant and mineral nose with citrus floral notes. On the palate it is rich and full-bodied with notes of moss and bergamot. Long and persistent finish accompanied by light and vibrant acidity. Portuguese native grape varieties.
