In medieval Latin, "explicit" meant something that had just been revealed. The Jorge Rosa Santos e Filhos Lda Agricultural Society is the family business that manages the agricultural operation at Monte do Mata Mouros, in the parish of Glória in Estremoz.
Color: greenish
Taste and Aroma: Elegant and mineral nose with citrus floral notes. On the palate it is rich and full-bodied with notes of moss and bergamot. Long and persistent finish accompanied by light and vibrant acidity. Native Portuguese grape varieties.
Fermented 100% in new oak barrels, remaining there for four months followed by battonage.
