Description
This wine has an excellent dense color with fresh and elegant fruit aroma, mixing vegetable notes with suggestions of wild blackberries. In the mouth it is balanced with slight presence of wood that enhance the fruits, and good acidity that gives freshness and harmony to the whole.
Vinification:
Vinification with prolonged maceration in stainless steel with controlled temperature at about 25 - 28ºC. 18 -month internship in new French oak barrels of 225 l.
